Single mom of 5 on a tight budget always thankful for 2nd Tuesday of the month dollar night to treat the kids to some good entertainment. I love that they hire people who have disabilities. Thrilled they are still around for us!

Guess what? They have the EXACT same pricing as all the other cinemas (The Majestic, The Ridge, Etc,) on food. They dont however have the hideous price at the door! People who say they should remodel etc obviously havent heard we are about to loose yet another entertainment spot that has been around forever! Funny thing, i have stepped in sticky floors, stepped over piles of garbage, avoided wet seata an have seen some really nasty bathrooms at our BRAND NEW area theaters... its goin to happen everywhere. I dont know what u thought the word "budget" stood for but if you dont like it, Then go pay to see the same movie a month earlier and pay 10 dollars to get in instead of 1-2$. Quit makes u sound incredibly uppity.

Can't beat the price. We go to Marcus, then go to Silver Cinema to see it again or see one we missed. Remodeling would hike the prices. At the first or second showings we haven't experienced sticky floors, must mop before day starts. Never saw Marcus mopping floors BETWEEN showings. We buy at concessions to help Silver out; their low ticket prices alone aren't enough to keep them open.

Marcus suits must be gritting their teeth that Silver is still around. They bought out an independent budget theater off Barker Rd, only to close it shortly after. Their dream must be to see this one close, too.

some of these comments are amusing. really what do you expect...the theater was built in the 80's (I worked there when i was 16) and is slated for demo so a new strip mall and parking lot can be built there. enjoy the $1-2 admission while you can and happily reflect on a much simpler time before you needed to take out a small loan to take your family to the movies. sticky floors, lil mold and a few bucks more for the concessions never killed anybody.

I go all the time on Tuesdays. I can see several movies in a row and still pay a third of what I would pay somewhere else. Plus free refills on large items. And it is not that dirty. If there floor is really sticky there, sit somewhere else! When I go, I can always find a non-sticky spot easily.

Granted the theater maybe cleaned very sparingly to say the least. But @ $2 admissions/$1 on Tuesdays, @ least they pick up in between sets. To the customers complaining about concession prices... really? How is this place to stay open on $2/$1 admissions? If the concession prices are too high, Stay in your clean abode & rent a movie from redbox/netflix .

Every movie theater in America is dirty. Research has shown that movie theaters have fecil matter on in and around the seats. If you think your poo doesn't stink then this place isn't for you. I've been going since I was four and am now 26. Most movies are a disappointment when you're paying $9.00 a show. Here you can take the entire family and still have money in your pocket. Or just see all the shows.

C'mon now. $1 on Tuesdays, $2 any other day. Free refill on Large popcorn. They thank you for coming after the movie. Once or twice, i thought it could've been cleaned a little better, but I will continue to patronize this place.
You can keep ur other $8/movie & fancy salty seasonings on top of already salted popcorn

Yes, the price to get in is cheap. The food, however; is terrible. The prices are way higher than regular movie theaters, and it has made my friends and I sick. The floor are also sticky and disgusting.

good price for entry but the snacks were WAY over price. Need to remodel and then they can charge a little higher price to pay for it. It was filthy and falling apart. would not go back. they even had some of the seats rope of, that how bad it was. i think the seats were rope off because the ceiling is leaking which means mold!
